Healthy hair always comes first — every lightening service includes K18 bond care because I don’t mess around with the integrity of your hair. ✨ All big transformations (anything involving blonding or vivid color) require a consultation first. That way we can plan the right process and keep your hair healthy through it. If you’re unsure what to book, message me or schedule a quick consultation — I got you. ⸻ 💗 Booking Policies A card on file is required to secure your appointment. No charges are made unless there’s a late cancellation or no-show. Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may result in a 50% service fee. No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service. Exceptions: I get that life happens — illness, emergencies, etc. I can waive fees at my discretion in those cases. Running Late: If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule depending on the day.
